Complete fairlead/crosswind assembly

This is the complete fairlead assembly Henry is working on now. It is contained in a 14" square steel tube. This protects the workings from dirt and prevents the rope from getting tangled with it. The reddish-brown shaft extending from the right side is for the barred cam which drives the fairleads back and forth. There are access ports for the guillotines and cam followers which will have covers. This assembly is self-contained and just bolts to the winch frame. It can be built and maintained separately from the rest of the winch.
